Jennifer began her real estate career over 30 years ago in Property Management, managing multiple properties for a Louisiana-based company and successfully growing a portfolio from 200 to 1,000 units in just one year. She later advanced to a Portfolio Manager role for a large California-based fund, where she oversaw property management operations, expanding portfolios, and rehabilitation projects with a focus on long-term value and livability.

In 2020, Jennifer founded Jennifer Day Group LLC to bring this behind-the-scenes expertise directly to buyers and sellers.
