With more than 800 successful transactions in the past four years, Jennifer brings a proven track record and a wealth of expertise to every client relationship. Her 30+ years of property management experience combined with her deep knowledge of real estate investing uniquely positions her to serve both residential buyers and seasoned investors.
Before founding Jennifer Day Group LLC, Jennifer served as the Portfolio Manager for two large investment companies where she was instrumental in streamlining operations and growing their real estate portfolios.

Kennedy Leisure is our Marketing and Transaction Coordinator with a focus on marketing and leasing rental properties. She specializes in handling leasing inquiries, providing updates on renovations, and manages the full leasing application process, ensuring a seamless and efficient effort from start to finish. Kennedy works closely with appraisers and designs impactful feature flyers that showcase property highlights. She graduated from Miami University in 2023.
Field Runner/Off Market Liaison
As our boots on the ground, Brady is responsible for weekly check ins on homes in rehab to ensure we are on track. He provides weekly photo updates of rehabs in process so we may keep our property owners informed and ensures we are paying close attention to every detail. Our rehabs are not cookie cutter. Our scopes and finishes are chosen with each specific property and location in mind. We make renovation decisions on a daily basis. Brady’s physical check in allows us to put our eyes on every property every week.
Brady is also our liaison for off-market opportunities. Brady’s property visit ensures we are prioritizing the seller’s needs and ensuring our buyers have a clear understanding of the property condition.

With 16+ years of experience in construction, real estate investing, and property renovation, Gina brings a unique perspective to every stage of the homeownership and investment journey. Gina’s background includes owning a construction company, managing flips and guiding property investments, giving her an in-depth understanding of both the physical and financial sides of real estate.
As a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator partnered with a respected family-owned lender and a licensed real estate agent working with a trusted national brokerage, she is passionate about helping people reach their financial goals through real estate. While Gina cannot serve as both your agent and your lender on the same transaction, her dual expertise allows her to support you in whichever capacity best serves your needs- and connect you with the right professionals on our team.

Coordinating transactions from execution to closing, Rylee delivers a smooth experience for buyers and sellers by ensuring listing packets are accurate with all necessary documents, auditing marketing materials, and coordinating communications with all parties involved. She also assists in sourcing and reviewing properties for investors. Ensuring all deadlines and contractual obligations are met- Rylee specializes in communicating with other agents throughout the listing/sale process and ensuring clear, punctual closings with title companies. Rylee graduated from the National University of Ireland in 2021.
